Welcome to Pilert Avenue and Hine Boulevard! Lining both sides of the streets are tall brick townhouses, ivy inching it's way up their sides. They're surrounded by black wrought iron gates, and a few have gargoyles staring down from their peaks.
Some of the townhouses are privately owned by people of the higher class, others rented.
The insides are sophisticatedly furnished, and they're commonly known as for finer living.
